Grandma Cathy brought this over one day and we thought it was awesome. My picture does not do it justice. Naturally though, our kids don't like it so once again, Greg and I get a 9x13 Lemon Cool Dessert all to ourselves! If you're interested here's the recipe.
Blend:
1 C.flour
1 stick butter (melted)
1/2 C. pecans
Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15mins. @ 375
Cream together :
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
Fold in 1 C. cool whip and add to cooled crust
Filling:
Beat with mixer 2 small pkgs. instant lemon pudding and 3 Cups milk
Add to cream cheese layer
Spread the rest of the cool whip on top
Refrigerate
