The results are in: our baby boy has a normal karyotype so no chromosomal abnormalities! As with anything the test isn't 100% accurate and there still may be heart problems or others we don't know about but so far so good. We know that our Father in Heaven has a plan for this special boy and are grateful for the faith and prayers of our family and friends.

Wonderful! We will keep praying for you, but we are so excited!
That is great news and a big sigh of relief for you. Though I will say...my sister has a little boy with Down Syndrome and he is about the cutest little guy ever. My sister wouldn't want him to be any different than he is. I guess the Lord knows what is better for us than we do. I'll keep checking back for updates.
That is so good to hear! Isn't it wonderful that we have someone more powerful and more knowledgeable than us to turn to when we need it!
Oh, I'm so happy to hear such news, Shalet. And by the way, congratulations on another baby boy! (I haven't said that yet:)
You don't know me personally, but our husbands know eachother. I have been watching your blog updates (from Stephanie Ehat's blog link to your blog. She is my neighbor) with your baby news hoping for the best for you. I am just a couple of weeks behind you pregnancy-wise, so your situation touches my heart. Even people you don't know are praying for the best for your family. I admire your faith and I'm so glad to hear the test results are normal.

Phew! We're so glad to hear it!
Is that a picture of your baby or did you get it off of the internet? It's pretty amazing!
