Greg's grandpa passed away a week after being in Oquawka, so we piled in the van and drove out to Utah/Idaho. After the funeral, the kids and I stayed because Greg's sister was getting married a few weeks later while Greg flew back to work but didn't end up getting his license so he cleaned and mopped and built shelves and killed spiders. We're all home now and still unpacking. We hope to never make that trip again in the next two years. Nolan was a bear and cried pretty much the whole time. The moment we set him down back here at home he went straight for the stairs and hasn't cried much since. He's always been that way: cries every time we go somewhere and is completely fine when we're home. We did LOVE seeing family and had a really good time. Greg's sister looked beautiful for her wedding!

During the past 4 weeks we found and killed 5 of the massive wolf spiders, Nolan is officially walking and doing a little talking, Lucas just about surgically lost his voice box on the 20 hour trip home but is thankfully all in one piece still and keeping us laughing, Dax lost his first tooth, I have reached the 1/2 way mark with my fourth pregnancy, Greg is really enjoying his job and we are all loving THIS life: home, dishwasher, huge backyard, small town, space, a garage and all the other little things that mean so much right now.

Shalet, you look gorgeous as ever. I had to do a double take find the baby bump. :)
