Dax is 5. And he gives us every reason in the world not to forget that writing his name "Daxton5" on everything and he wants 5 of any food group he's offered or toys he's playing with. At 5 Dax loves to draw, color, write letters and some words, he loves to play with his brothers and beat on his dad, he likes going to the library, playing outside no matter how cold it is, enjoys playing with legos, magformers, having any kind of book be read to him and fishing. He is a great little boy to have around.
I had a little party for him. They decorated cookies, made snowflakes, decorated trees, played a couple games and beat the pinata to pieces.
This is our first year staying in Milwaukee for Christmas. We built a snowman, went sledding, played legos, went to the Chicago Temple a couple of times, read books, watched movies, ate a lot of food, spend time with good friends, Greg went to Avatar with some friends and then he sent me the next day by myself while he watched the kids (we both gave it 5 stars in 3D) and just had a really good time together.
All Lucas wanted for Christmas was a gun with binoculars. He got them and and usually always has them now.
Nolan is getting 6 teeth and he's been a pretty good baby considering.
